This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes prohibited uses of brainstorming.center/ and related services provided by Decision Support Consulting, LLC (USA) and/or Decision Support Consulting, SRL (MEXICO).

This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the Terms of Service.

1. Purpose

Brainstorming Center is intended to support lawful collaboration, idea generation, strategic analysis, and productive organizational work. You may use the Service only in a manner that is legal, responsible, secure, and respectful of others.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, court order, or legal obligation.
  • Infringe, misappropriate, or violate any intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights.
  • Harass, threaten, abuse, stalk, intimidate, or defame any individual or group.
  • Promote hatred, discrimination, violence, or unlawful harmful conduct.
  • Upload or distribute malware, ransomware, spyware, or other malicious code.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, networks, or systems.
  • Interfere with the security, integrity, performance, or availability of the Service.
  • Use bots, scripts, crawlers, or automated tools in a manner that overloads or disrupts the platform.
  • Collect or harvest personal information without proper authorization.
  • Transmit spam, phishing messages, fraudulent solicitations, or deceptive content.
  • Impersonate another person or falsely state an affiliation, sponsorship, or authority.
  • Store or share unlawful, obscene, exploitative, or abusive content.

3. Content Restrictions

You may not submit or distribute content that:

  • Is unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading;
  • Contains malware or harmful executable code;
  • Violates confidentiality or trade secret obligations;
  • Invades privacy or includes personal data without lawful basis;
  • Encourages violence, criminal conduct, or self-harm;
  • Is defamatory, abusive, hateful, discriminatory, or sexually exploitative;
  • Infringes copyright, trademark, patent, or other proprietary rights.

4. AI-Related Restrictions

You may not use AI-assisted features of the Service to:

  • Generate unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content;
  • Produce phishing, impersonation, fraud, or social engineering materials;
  • Create malware or instructions intended to damage systems or data;
  • Generate abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or exploitative content;
  • Automate spam or mass unsolicited communications;
  • Use outputs as a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or regulatory advice without appropriate human review.

5. Security and Platform Integrity

You may not:

  • Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities of the Service without authorization;
  • Bypass authentication, access controls, or usage limits;
  • Use the Service to attack, disrupt, or degrade third-party systems;
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract non-public functionality from the Service;
  • Use the Service in a way that materially burdens infrastructure or other users.

6. High-Risk and Sensitive Uses

Unless expressly authorized in writing, the Service may not be used for life-critical, safety-critical, emergency response, weapons-related, or similarly high-risk activities where failure could result in death, personal injury, or severe damage.

7. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations of this Policy and take any action we reasonably deem appropriate, including warning, content removal, access restriction, suspension, termination, or reporting to authorities, where permitted or required by law.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
